When it comes to getting healthy and losing weight, or managing hormones, cholesterol, and blood sugar, it's common to think it has to take up a lot of your time or be a big project. In this episode I tell my story of how I overcame my barrier to better fitness and how just 2 minutes a day made a difference. Getting healthy doesn't have to be hard or take a lot of your time. Small steps work. And there are many things you can do in just a few minutes a day.
