I believe we all have a chance to feel wonderful. Some challenges are bigger than others but we all deserve good health. We can all achieve it – if given the opportunity. Today's world is working against us. Our sedentary jobs, busy schedules, big food companies and other huge organizations giving us health messages that are confusing and biased, a multibillion dollar weight loss industry convincing us our bodies aren't good enough, and crops and livestock being raised in ways that the history of humans has never seen before and of course all this effects our health. Do we even stand a chance? Absolutely. We certainly do. I have answers and solutions for you. And i'm so excited to share them. Some of it may be counter-culture but if you're looking for different results, you have to use different methods.
I believe in a holistic approach to reaching true wellness. The food we eat is important but it's not the only piece to the puzzle. Our stress, our attitude and mindset, our sleep habits, our physical movement habits and many other aspects all have a very important effect on our health and wellness. I believe in eating real food and that we all have a right to do that. I believe every person is unique and there is no one-size-diet fits all.

We will be discussing mindset, our bodies, our lifestyle habits and how to actually make eating healthy work for our families from recipes, hacks in the kitchen, feeding our kids, managing weight, hormones, and inflammation, and so much more.
