What do you do when times get tough?
What does self care look like when things get a little crazy in your life?
Do you skip your workouts or your walks?
Do you start skipping meals or grabbing take out?
Do you start missing out on sleep? Staying up late, getting up early?
I want to share with you some difficult times I’ve been having lately and how I’ve been handling my self care during this time.
Self care often goes out the window during busy seasons or when you’re going through a tough time. And that’s normal!
But when we let our self care go, we get run down; our body, mood and digestion can suffer, and we can’t be there for the important things in our lives.
In this episode, we’re going to cover how self-care looks different during different times and specifically how it looks during a difficult time.
Whether that’s grieving for a loved one, or an insane schedule, or transition, a new job, or some kind of a life event that makes life really extra difficult.
Let’s talk about the things we can still do during difficult times to support our body/mind/soul that doesn’t take a lot of time or energy.
